Connecting Business Communities

The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland–Moldova is an institutional platform established under Swiss law and operates as a neutral forum for dialogue, representation and coordination between business communities, public authorities and development stakeholders. The Chamber facilitates structured cooperation between Switzerland, the Republic of Moldova and partner countries, including Ukraine, based on the principles of institutional neutrality and professional integrity.

The Chamber’s core mission is to promote trade and investment and to support economic development and institutional cooperation projects. Its activities are aimed at fostering sustainable links between the private sector and public institutions, creating a favorable environment for the implementation of bilateral and multilateral initiatives, and strengthening trust among all parties involved.

Within its mandate, the Chamber cooperates with Swiss governmental and international institutions, providing coordination, institutional support and project oversight in accordance with Swiss standards of governance, transparency and compliance, including initiatives related to Switzerland’s economic and development cooperation programs.

The Chamber is committed to supporting trade and investment, strengthening institutional cooperation, and facilitating the effective coordination and oversight of economic and development projects in accordance with Swiss standards of governance, transparency and compliance. Through its activities, the Chamber contributes to building trust, enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors, and fostering long-term, structured economic relations.

Representation of members’ interests in the context of bilateral and multilateral economic cooperation, including engagement with public authorities, professional institutions and international stakeholders.

Facilitation of trade and investment initiatives through institutional guidance, coordination of stakeholders and support in navigating regulatory and procedural frameworks.

Support in the coordination, monitoring and institutional supervision of economic and development projects, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, governance principles and Swiss standards of transparency and compliance.

Project Coordination and Oversight

Support for Development and Cooperation Initiatives

Institutional support for economic development and international cooperation initiatives, including coordination with Swiss and international frameworks and alignment of projects with applicable policies and standards.

Information and Networking Platform

Provision of a professional platform for information exchange, networking and cooperation among members, partners and institutions involved in Swiss–Moldovan and Swiss–Ukrainian economic relations.

Public–Private Dialogue Facilitation
